Package your instruments for shipment:
Free local pickup and delivery is available - call or email us for a pick

All instruments MUST be sterilized
before shipping. Whenever possible,
leave your instruments in the sterilization pouch.

 Package your instruments in a
sturdy box with a filler material so that the
instruments will not move around during shipping.		 Place the service form and any special instructions,
you may have, in the box with the instruments. It is always
a good idea to place a business card or letter head in the box
for first time customers.Seal the box and apply your shipping label.

Shipping to SandStone Finishing:
You are responsible for all shipping cost to and from SandStone Finishing.
We recommend using USPS to ship your order to Sandstone but you may also use any carrier of your choice. We have a daily pick up
and drop off at our local post office which saves 1 to 2 days in shipping time. We will return your order using USPS priority mail. The return shipping
charge will be added to your invoice. Whenever possible please include our email address on your tracking information so we can also track your package to us.

Return shipping policy: USPS Priority mail is normally used to ship your order back to you. We insure all return orders
for $500 at no extra cost to you. In case of lose or damaged orders, Sandstone will reimburse you the maximum of
$500. By using our services you agree to these terms.
